Both South West and North East Fife have many Game Fisheries to their credit e.g. Loch Fitty near Dunfermline and Lochmill Reservoir in the Newburgh area.

The principal species are Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout, with Pike, Perch Brookie and Golden Trout in some South Western fisheries.
